A Message from Your Board

We kindly ask residents not to provide clothing, food, or money to homeless individuals in or near our community, including those at the end of the street. While we know our neighbors are compassionate and want to help those less fortunate, we encourage anyone wishing to support the homeless to donate through local food banks or shelters instead.

We have recently noticed an increase in homeless activity in the neighborhood, including reports of individuals walking through backyards along the freeway. With many elderly residents in our community, safety and security are a top priority.

Let’s continue to look out for one another and keep our neighborhood safe.

Thank you,
The HOA Board

The homeowner was out of town at the time, and the homeowner’s sister contacted the police. Officers responded promptly, arriving with a K9 unit, a drone, and at least eight officers to ensure the property was secure. After a thorough search, it was determined that no one had actually entered the home.

The police were called because surveillance footage showed a homeless person on the property, though it is unclear whether they were seen in the backyard or the front yard.
