The Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs) serve as the foundational governing document for the Green Meadows Homeowners Association. These legally binding guidelines establish the standards, responsibilities, and privileges that come with property ownership in our community. Covering everything from architectural guidelines and property maintenance to common area usage and resident conduct, the CC&Rs are designed to protect the overall aesthetic, property values, and quality of life within Green Meadows.
We encourage all current and prospective homeowners to review the CC&Rs to fully understand the rights and obligations that come with membership in the HOA. These declarations help maintain a consistent, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who lives here. BYLAWS
The Revised Bylaws of the Green Meadows Homeowners Association outline the governance structure, membership rights, and operational procedures for the HOA, which includes the subdivisions of Meadow Estates 2 through 7. The document defines two classes of membership—dues-paying and non-dues-paying—with different voting privileges. It establishes how annual and special meetings are conducted, the rules for voting and quorums, and the responsibilities and election process for the Board of Directors. The Board has broad powers to manage the Association’s business, enforce covenants, and oversee architectural standards. The bylaws also define officer roles, committee structures (including an Architectural Review Committee limited to dues-paying members), and procedures for maintaining transparency through corporate records. Amendments to the bylaws require a two-thirds majority of dues-paying members, and the dissolution of the Association must meet specific requirements including equitable distribution of assets. These revised bylaws supersede all previous versions and are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and legal compliance in managing the community’s affairs.
