The Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs) serve as the foundational governing document for the Green Meadows Homeowners Association. These legally binding guidelines establish the standards, responsibilities, and privileges that come with property ownership in our community. Covering everything from architectural guidelines and property maintenance to common area usage and resident conduct, the CC&Rs are designed to protect the overall aesthetic, property values, and quality of life within Green Meadows.
We encourage all current and prospective homeowners to review the CC&Rs to fully understand the rights and obligations that come with membership in the HOA. These declarations help maintain a consistent, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who lives here.
