Mike Reynolds
PRESIDENT
A proud resident of Green Meadows since 2002, Mike Reynolds is well known for his warm wave, helpful nature, and deep commitment to the community. With over 50 years of experience in the construction industry—beginning as a determined teenager—Mike has played a key role in building and remodeling numerous homes and businesses across the Vancouver area, including several within Green Meadows itself.
As a seasoned General Contractor, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge, practical insight, and a solutions-oriented approach to the HOA board. His leadership is grounded in a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining the quality and integrity of our neighborhood.
Outside of his professional life, Mike and his wife Denise enjoy a large, blended family that includes 8 children and 14 grandchildren. Whether he’s spending time with loved ones or riding his Harley Davidson, Mike values every opportunity to connect with neighbors and help make Green Meadows an even better place to call home.
Lew Hood
VICE PRESIDENT
Lew Hood has been a dedicated resident of Green Meadows since 2016 and proudly serves as Vice President of the HOA Board. A retired professional from the Department of Defense’s Army & Air Force Exchange Service, Lew brings a lifetime of discipline, reliability, and public service to our community leadership.
A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and a proud Eagle Scout, Lew’s commitment to excellence has been a guiding force throughout his life. In retirement, he keeps an active schedule—playing on three senior softball teams, enjoying a few rounds of golf, and tending to his yard with the same care he brings to the neighborhood. Above all, Lew treasures spending time with his grandchildren.
Known for his thoughtful approach and neighborly attitude, Lew is passionate about helping Green Meadows remain a vibrant, well-cared-for place to call home.
Fay Alford
TREASURER
Fay and her husband Rich became proud residents of Green Meadows in August 2022, drawn in part by the peaceful backyard view overlooking the 7th green of Club Green Meadows. Since then, they’ve embraced both the beauty of the neighborhood and the warmth of the community.
With successful careers in the financial sector behind them, Fay and Rich are now enjoying a well-earned retirement filled with purpose and activity. As active members of Club Green Meadows, they’ve connected with many neighbors and become familiar faces in the community. Their days are filled with gardening, pickleball, workouts, quilting, genealogy research, and enjoying time with friends.
Together, Fay and Rich share a blended family of six children and ten grandchildren, with loved ones spread as far as Guam and New Hampshire. Whether engaging in hobbies or spending time with family, Fay brings a vibrant, community-focused spirit to the HOA board.
Eric Rynne
SECRETARY
Eric Rynne proudly serves as Secretary of the Green Meadows HOA Board. Since moving to the neighborhood in May of 2022, Eric has grown to truly appreciate the friendly atmosphere and quiet charm that make Green Meadows such a special place to call home. He’s often seen at the corner of 71st Loop and 71st Street, working in his yard with a shovel in hand or stacking retaining wall blocks—always happy to be outside and connect with passing neighbors.
Eric joined the HOA Board with a genuine desire to help foster stronger connections within the community. He believes in the power of clear communication, shared events, and neighborly involvement to build a sense of unity and pride. Through his role, Eric is committed to working with fellow board members and residents to make Green Meadows the best it can be for everyone.
