    If You Have A Concern Or Notice A Possible Violation In The Green Meadows Community, We Kindly Ask That You First Review The Community’s Declarations Of Covenants, Conditions, And Restrictions (CC&Amp;Rs) To Ensure That A Violation Has Occurred. If Confirmed, We Encourage Residents To Attempt To Address The Matter Directly With The Individual Involved Before Submitting A Formal Complaint To The HOA Board. Open Communication Often Helps Resolve Many Issues Quickly And Respectfully. If You Are Unable To Resolve The Concern After These Steps, You May Then Submit A Complaint Or Concern Form For The Board’s Review.
